Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods (for partial deliveries: from receipt of the last item).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal:
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs for a non-standard delivery you chose), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions / premature expiry:
No withdrawal right for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (Sec. 312g(2) No. 1 BGB), sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other statutory exclusions.
