What does “scale” mean and which sizes are available?
Our items come in various scales (e.g.,1/5,1/10,1/12…). The scale shows how much smaller the model is compared to the original. Example: A 10-meter original is about 1 meter long at 1/10 scale, and about 50 cm at 1/20.
Where can I find the scale for a product?
Thescaleis listed on every product page. You can also filter by your preferred size within collections (e.g., 1/5, 1/10, 1/12).
What materials are the models made of?
We use high-quality resin for crisp details and sharp edges. Depending on the item, minor support marks from casting/3D printing may remain minimally visible—these are pre-cleaned and refined by us to the best of our ability before shipping.
Are the models painted or unpainted?
This is stated on each product page. Look for notes like“unpainted / kit” o r“fully painted.”
Do the models require assembly?
For kits — and due to the size of some models — parts (e.g., tail, skull, base) may be shipped separately. An assembly guide is included.
How do I care for resin figures?
Dust with a soft brush or microfiber cloth; do not use harsh cleaners. Avoid direct unlight /UV and extreme heat /cold. These items are not toys—please keep out of reach of children.
Where are the products made?
Our products are produced primarily in Germany and shipped from here. Larger production runs may also be manufactured in China and sent to us, from where they are delivered to the end customer.
Are your figures limited editions?
If an edition is limited, the quantity is shown on the product page. Once sold out, an item cannot necessarily be reproduced immediately.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No—guest checkout is available. An account gives you benefits such as order history, faster repeat purchases, and saved addresses.
How do I create or change my address?
In your customer account under “Addresses” → “Edit. ”For guest checkout, you can adjust the address during checkout.
Which currency do you use?
Our shop currency is EUR. For non-euro payments, your payment provider shows the converted amount.
Where do you ship?
We ship from Germany within the EU and to additional countries (depending on destination). Availability is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
How much is shipping?
Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter the delivery address — the shipping cost is shown before purchase.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on destination and parcel size, we ship with leading carriers (e.g.,DHL/DPD/UPS). The optimal carrier is selected automatically.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No — we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or forwarding services, as personal delivery/signature may be required.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock items, typically 1–5 business days within the EU after dispatch. For made-to-order /kits, please add the production time — the current timeframe is shown on the product page.
Are duties/taxes included?
Within the EU, VAT is included in the price. Outside the EU, import duties/taxes/fees may apply and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
How does a return work?
Please email our support(contact@dreamcollectorstudios.com)with your order number before sending anything back.
We’ll review your request and send return instructions. Returns are processed within 2–3 days after we receive your email.
Please return items carefully packed, ideally in the original packaging.
What should I do if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage?
Contact us immediately and include:
– Order number, short description, and photos of the damage and the outer packaging.
We’ll arrange spare parts, replacement, or a refund—depending on the case.
Are there exceptions to the right of withdrawal/cancellation?
Custom-made or personalized products are generally excluded. For details, please see our Right of Withdrawal policy.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Credit card, PayPal, Klarna/Sofort, and others—the available options are shown at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed via certified providers using modern encryption. We do not store full payment details in our shop.
When will new models be released?
Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to the newsletter—that’s where we announce new releases, pre-orders, and restocks first.
Can I pre-order an out-of-stock model?
If a restock is planned, you’ll see a notify /pre-order option on the product page. Otherwise, feel free to contact us.
